Gloom and Shroom Addon is an instigative addition to any survival world! Dusk and Shroom is a veritably mushroom-concentrated add-on designed substantially around the enormous and complex Mushroom Tabernacles that can be planted throughout your world.
Every tabernacle has an aimlessly generated interior analogous to a mineshaft or fort. They are kindly rare, but their oddity can be acclimated in the Behavior Pack options menu. In these Tabernacles, you can find colorful mobs, decorations, particulars, and indeed a new master with an original master theme.

The most common mobs plant in Mushroom Tabernacles are the Mushlings. While not veritably dangerous by themselves, one shouldn’t underrate their power when in figures. They can compactly beget nausea with their headbutt, which can be veritably disorienting if you’re hit constantly.

Mushling Sentry Sprout
Mushling Watchers are immobile turret-suchlike mushrooms that fire spotlights at the player on sight. When the player gets too close to the Mushling Sentry, it’ll hide under its defensive cap until the player gets far enough down.
Just like Mushlings, the watch will mistake the player for a fellow mushroom when they’re wearing a mushroom cap, but they can not be regulated this way. Rather, to get a regulated watch, one must grow it from a Mushling watch sow (These can be plant in cases or dropped by adversary watchers). When grown from these, they will be friendly to the player and foe to monsters. Their cap can also be bepainted. Be careful to grow them with bonemeal, as you may accidentally bepaint them white when they’re completely grown.
Last but veritably not least is the Doom Shroom. The Doom Shroom is the first master of this add-on, with several further in development for future releases. He is the biggest and baddest of all of the mushroom mobs and will fluently whop you if you are unrehearsed.
The Doom Shroom has several different attack patterns that he switches to throughout the master battle. He punches, smashes, stomps, spins, and indeed fires his arms out like dumdums before growing them back. Once defeated, he’ll drop a brace of his hand Doom Shroom Trials and allow the player to break into the treasure room of the tabernacle. I tried my hardest to make the Doom Shroom feel like a factual master battle. I indeed orchestrated an each-new theme just for this fight.
Gloom and Shroom Addon includes a whole host of blocks, including several mushroom-themed decoration blocks similar as the mushroom arbor, mushroom gills, two colors of wall mushrooms, mushroom roots, and the mushroom lantern. Mushroom Roots can be tended with bonemeal.
Another farmable block is the Mineshroom. They’re mushrooms that act like land mines and grow to conterminous blocks when put underground, just like red and brown mushrooms. Be careful when gathering them.
Incipiently, we’ve themini-mushroom. When planted, it looks just like a lower interpretation of the regular red mushroom. Still, given enough time (or bone mess) and space, themini-mushroom will fluently distinguish itself by growing an entirely new dungeon!
