He can transform again once his Omnitrix is color green or fully recharged.
Falling Omnitrix/Meteor Omnitrix Ben 10 Addon
You will see a falling meteor coming from the sky since you spawned in the Minecraft world. It looks like a ball containing the Omnitrix inside it like at beginning of the story of Ben 10 classic where Ben discovers the Omnitrix.
