Animal Dictionary

Mobs

Alex’s Mobs introduces hundreds of new and distinct animals to your environment; below is a complete list of all the creatures that can be encountered.

Each mob is divided into two primary categories: Real-World and Fantasy, as well as seven subcategories: Passive, Neutral, Defensive, Hostile, Placatable, Mini-Boss, and Boss.

• Passive mobs never harm the player.
• Neutral mobs only attack when they are harmed first.
• Defensive mobs are capable of harming the player without being provoked but won’t always attack, this includes applying a status effect when attacked.
• Placatable mobs are usually hostile but the player can do something to make them passive or neutral.
• Hostile mobs are fantasy mobs that always attack the player when it sees one in range. No mobs in this group can be tamed or bred.
• Boss mobs are just like Mini-Bosses but are stronger and have a health bar. No mobs in this group can be tamed or bred.

Enchantments

Currently Alex’s mobs features 4 enchantments. Currently all of them are exclusive to the Straddleboard although this may change in the future.

• Lavawaxed: Gives fire resistance.
• Serpent Charmer: Makes bone serpents neutral.
• Straddle Jump: Increases straddleboard jump height.
• Returning Board: Board returns to the player’s inventory after being destroyed.
