If you’re curious about how it works, it works by REPLACING some of the sounds made by mobs. They produce ambient sounds based on their biomes and spawning times.
Environment Sounds Pack v2 is resource collection adds peaceful ambient sounds to your Minecraft creations, as well as improving various in-game noises like rain and other effects. Environment sounds pack v2 isn’t an extension, so you can use it in your own survival worlds.

Environment Sounds Pack v2
Following mobs in environment sounds pack v2 packs make the following sounds:
- Chickens, pigs, and cows chirp.
- Chickens, sheep, and cows all rustle their leaves.
- Sheeps can be heard in the breeze.
- Goats, goats, goats, goats, goats, goats,
- Sounds of a hawk and a desert wind: husks
- Ocelots, ocelots, ocelots, ocelots, o
- Zombie owl and ambient night sounds
- skeletons wail like wolves.
- Turtles, water surfing, and seagull sounds
- Bats can be heard dripping water and making echoing bat sounds.
Other sounds include:
- Rain noises have been improved.
- Water flowing noises have been improved.
- Sounds of walking on stone reverberate.

More information is available at:
- Some of the sounds made by animals have been preserved; however, not all of their sounds have been replaced.
- Even if you kill the sound-making mob, the sound will continue to play until the game is finished (some are 2-3 min long).
- Even if you step on stone in broad daylight, the sound will reverberate.
