If the addon installed in your server is outdated that is why the sound is buggy and the crafting recipe is not there.
Here’s what you can do:
Download the world you have in your server, delete the old version of the addon and then open it (join the world) this will reload the world and remove the data of the old version.
Install the latest version (make sure you install both RP and BP), then turn on all necessary Experimentals, load the world again. After that you can upload it back to your server.
